Story behind the title, But You Are the Boss:

One evening during a camp in Switzerland, it was announced that Jean André, the Hi Kidz' founder, would be visiting the next day. Children started to murmur excitedly. Rather intimidated by a visit from the "director," the campers and the counselors warned the newcomers that he had the habit of handing out school-style grades after inspecting the bedrooms. He could be very strict if the beds weren’t neat or if clothes were scattered around. After the evening meeting, the children went up to their rooms and sat on the edge of their beds to pray with their leaders.

Mr. André’s forthcoming visit had made a big impression on ten-year-old Serge. He fervently put his hands together and suddenly, in a clear voice, spoke up: “Lord, Mr. André is coming tomorrow and he is very strict. I know that he is the director, but You are the boss! Amen.”
